@yvan The Fox? That's a pretty new car, right? I bet the packaging is awkward, and a simple bushing or hose requires you to, I don't know, take the tranny out or something.

@book it's a 2010 car, so new by some standards I guess 😅 It is much simpler than my 2004 Volvo V70, but still a bit more complex than the 1975 Ford F-100 that was the first car I did any work on (my first car, late 90s). But it makes up for the slight modern complexity (ECU, electrics, etc) by being tiny and oddly spacious to work on for a small car. It actually reminds me more of the F-100 than the V70, the V70 is a typically tightly packed modern pain in the backside to work on. A downside of the Fox is that it wasn't very popular in the UK so parts are not necessary easy to find, though it seems to share a lot with the Polos and Golfs of the same time.
