I kinda missed the boat in stocking up on a spare set of nozzles for this old FlashForge printer... they don't sell them any more. So I guess when these nozzles bite the dust I'm going to be needing a new printer. I know at least one of them is problematic already (I have 3x... 2x 0.4s in two temp ranges, and a 0.6 in the higher temp range.) Though it looks like there are various 3rd party brands of the things out of China on Amazon (I should check AliExpress actually.)

Heh, in fact it's maybe a good thing I checked AliExpress as there is what appears to be an official FlashForge account there still selling the nozzles for the old models. Though I'll believe it when I receive the nozzles and they actually work. I've got replacements for both my 0.4 and 0.6 in "hot" (up to 265C) range, it claims the 0.6 is "hardened" so that's a bonus... and they also have a 0.3mm albeit only up to 240C (fine for PLA anyway) so got one of them as I've never printed sub-0.4 before. So hopefully will get a few more years life out of this old thing. It isn't fantastic, but it works, and it does a good job with ABS (whole reason I bought this particular model at the time is I needed an enclosed unit for printing tricky fire retardant ABS filament.) I've had the printer since some time in 2022.
