Would getting a catheter just for diagnostic purposes be an option? Not even knowing what you’re dealing with must be unbearable. These are like period panties, but in sweat pants form. The whole thing is absorbent and leak proof. Not the cutest, but 🤷♀️ You can wear them with the leak proof panties. dryment.com/products/ I’m so sorry you’re going through this, I hope you find resolution soon.

My reading comprehension skills aren’t great today so I just want to clarify, the ultrasound before and after emptying your bladder shows you did fully empty? Is the liquid/moisture specifically showing up in a certain spot? And I assume you’ve seen a gyno/obgyn but have you seen a urogynocologist? Or a urologist?

its not really clear from your post whats going on exactly. is there any odor or anything to the liquid to distinguish between sweat, urine, or vaginal fluid? is there any sensation associated with the liquid appearing? does it seem to come from anywhere in particular? it could be hyperhidrosis in the area if its sweat, which i think they can treat with a co2 laser to destroy the sweat glands. its basically where you sweat constantly and excessively. i have a friend who has that in her underarms and she got the laser treatment and it worked for her.
