its not really clear from your post whats going on exactly. is there any odor or anything to the liquid to distinguish between sweat, urine, or vaginal fluid? is there any sensation associated with the liquid appearing? does it seem to come from anywhere in particular? it could be hyperhidrosis in the area if its sweat, which i think they can treat with a co2 laser to destroy the sweat glands. its basically where you sweat constantly and excessively. i have a friend who has that in her underarms and she got the laser treatment and it worked for her.

Sorry, sometimes I just hit a point and I just bleghhhh my thoughts without structuring them well enough for others. Thank you for still trying to help me despite the confusion! No, the scent and texture of the liquid isn’t enough to tell what it is. I personally think it’s more urine based, but I’ve been told by my ex-doctor that as an SA survivor that my perceptions are off. It’s been really fun trying to figure this out while dealing with that kind of Healthcare.. I do not experience sensations before or after the fluid. That’s what I was trying to detail with the “no patterns” sentence. Sorry, I really didn’t even expect anyone would read this 😭 I don’t even know my pants are soaked until I’ve gone to the bathroom and touched the clothing with my hands. It happens whether I’m stressed or happy, around ptsd triggers or very safe people etc. It is coming from my vagina, there are impressions left if I’ve caught it early enough
