the '3 centimetre' chunk of ginger I eyeballed for this soup turned out to be more like '3 inches' haha whoops :tomo_GumiTeehee:

Having made the chicken and sweetcorn soup, the ginger was great! Instead there was too much chicken. Two chicken breasts was too much, I should've gotten just one. I'll have to make it again, oh nooooo~
