So I got a prescription for progesteron. The Amsterdam study being done, Groningen, Amsterdam and Nijmegen have agreed to prescribe, but ONLY if the patient asks for it. When asking for it, the only valid reason is to promote breast growth; better sleep and smoothing out the estradiol emotional curve are not valid.
I was also asked, twice today, whether I wanted breast augmentation. Only when I pointed out I didn't wear pads anymore, they shut up about that.
In sum, ask, but smart

Note: progesteron is assumed to only work well if paired with high estradiol levels, so getting progesteron means blocking the endo's endless attempts at reducing the estradiol prescription. Win!
