<someone> I helped a family member with a problem with Microsoft office <someone else> use linux! use libreoffice! <me> better start designing your own silicon for a CPU for maximum inaccessibility. Don't get me wrong, Linux and Libreoffice are the way to go ... switching may not be as trivial for others as it is for you. I still see myself depend on WINE/VMs for a number of my smaller tools.
