Did I run a whole half marathon just to take advantage of being able to clock up 5 new kilometres in Wandrer.earth, by running on streets closed to traffic? No. That would be crazy. Did I deliberately run close to the central reservations, so that Wandrer would be able to tell the route apart from parallel footpaths I've already covered?
