because it stole my father.
In some of the most important years of my life, he wasn't there. He had to commute 4 hours. That is no fault of his own. That is the fault of a system that provides peanuts for its people.
Capitalism gives no fucks about your time.
So, why should I give any fuck about it?

@jazzburn Pretty much everyone I know (we're all millennials) grew up this way: dads away at work, all the time. I think often about what all of our dads would've done with their lives if all that time had been their own, instead of held hostage by their employers and commutes. So much life stolen to build this fucking dystopia.
