so hw.smt is deprecated, and hw.blockcpu should be used instead

@km@mastodon.babb.no Doesn't that mean you'd have to identify and block the HT cores individually? I kinda liked having a single switch. Also, I thought it was off by default? My OpenBSD box doesn't have an HT CPU, so I don't know. ;)
