If it is possible to make an axial flux electric motor with 750kW at twelve kilo, something recently done by the British company YASA, then it should be possible to make a 20kW one that is incredibly light.
Put one of those 20kW motors in each wheel of a light car and it should be enough to move a family.
...and then think about what such a motor would look like if you scale it down to fit a bike...
