Ah yes, I forgot about this issue. This is separate from the Dolby buzz issue, which seems to have been fixed. I observed this happen once or twice last year before the other issues started. It's doing it with every cold power-on now. I've read that these are sensitive to weak capacitors in the power supply section, so I will replace the rest of them when I replace the belts, and hopefully that will solve whatever this is.
