J.D. Power sent me another car ownership survey, which I'm always glad to complete. But I can't complete this one because it's asking me a question that it shouldn't have asked me and that I can't answer. It initially asked "when will you be shopping for a new vehicle". I chose the longest answer, "Over 2 years", because obviously I'm hoping it will be much longer than that. But now it's asking me "why are you shopping for a new vehicle". And there's no "I'm not" answer. So it's dead in the water. I submitted feedback offering to take a "corrected" survey if they want me to.
