Dark blue cargo pants (or shorts), dark blue boots and patch + scratched up legs.
Black watch with blue strap.
Might be wearing either a dark grey (non-descript) shirt or a blue one with "Boatfucker 69" on the back (or a Shimakaze on the front).
If that's too abstract or you won't remember it, I'll probs announce my location on the AnimeCon Discord server here n there when I'm taking a break or something.
