An obvious answer is something like the
OM System ED 300mm F4.0 IS PRO, but that's huge and expensive, but a 600mm equivalent.

@Colman@mastodon.ie Budget is "adjustable, as I'm willing to go somewhere like MPB to get a used lens" - I guess by physical limits you are referring to size of lens - well, most of my photography is done whilst I walk around, so I don't want something massive and cumbersome.
