12 to 13 hours a day doom scrolling and watching reels on facebook not getting to sleep until 2am isolating myself in my apartment telling people i’m not ok being told to keep my chin up how the fuck am I supposed to do that? I write poetry to express my feelings, get told "that's really sad." But does anyone, anyone at all see the deeper fucking meaning? So this is me, keeping my fucking chin up I guess.
