It might seem like I mostly post frivolous stuff, but my day job is immediately involved with tackling the big threats facing the environment, and lots of very clever people are talking about things more openly than I can, so my posts will mostly be about other things. I will boost where I see something I feel is worthwhile.
Don't take frivolity as lack of care.

@ravenbait@mastodon.scot I get it. I am mostly posting ‘nice’ things, as I feel like there is so much bad stuff going on, covered by people with more knowledge than me. But we need to remember that there is still beauty and wonder in the world, and that’s something worth fighting for/acting towards. Doesn’t mean there are no impacts to watching the pain taking place- I’m choosing to share the things that might help get me/us through.
