Today’s #coffee pick: some recently acquired, semi-local German chocolate, #espresso ground on the spot. Lovely chocolate aroma from the bag. Into the machine it went. Not so much aroma while brewing, but still a little sweet and chocolaty. Flavored with a dash of chocolate macadamia nut syrup, packed with ice and topped off with the last of the white chocolate mocha creamer. Nice opportunity to bring out my green witches’ brew mug for spring. This has that lovely earthy taste I’ve talked about before. Mondo delish! Will likely turn into a whole-pot situation. Terrific way to spend a Sunday afternoon binging library DVDs and trying like mad to get my taxes done.
