That was a harsh weekend: cold with several inches of rain, mostly with thunderstorms. The weather service was not kidding when they warned of the potential of "weak tornadoes".
The chicks have discovered physics!
Three of them were leaning against the side of a black plastic bin, which is the warmest spot in the yard right now.
