A research supposedly confirming that ADHD and autism share specific brain connectivity patterns. https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2026/04/260408225941.htm Interesting if the connectivity changes they see in MRT have anything to do with the one seen on EEG(as in my teens on my EEG there were some connectivity irregularities noticed) #autism #adhd #AuDHD #neurodivergent

  • @olena@mementomori.social As an AuDHD person, I see many benefits from the increased receptivity to details and also the greater connectivity across my mind that I rarely see in 'normal' people. AuDHD is in general just another was of being rather than a set of negatives. To vacillate between hypo and hyper focus has great benefits in certain ways and collateral in others - and most neurotypicals are often only really aware of the latter.
