In 2020, we launched the Open Research Award with @oscgroningen, flipping the script on traditional awards by: ➡️ reducing bias ➡️ celebrating #OpenScience practices across disciplines ➡️ moving beyond winners-vs-losers competition. We use a modified lottery to select 3 winners. Every team member of every eligible case study receives a certificate to recognize & reward their endeavour. 🎧 Curious about the story behind it?
