Arling & Cameron *All-In* US Emperor Norton 1999 Originally released in Japan in 1997 on Konishi Yasuharu's Readymade label, this is the Dutch duo of Gerry Arling and Richard Cameron first release under this name. Previously, they had used a lot of aliases in the European lounge scene which shared a lot of similar tastes as Shibuya-kei.
