Kathryn: "(Imagination, fantasy) aren't necessary."
I don't know that they aren't necessary, but it's true that necessity is a bad way to approach them. It kinda goes against the concept.

#StarTrek #StarTrekVoyager Kathryn has a lot more to work with with seven than Jean-Luc had with Data... It would be so interesting to have Jean-Luc and Kathryn talk about their respective experiences. Of course this is in part a weakness of the show, redoing what TNG already did. But it's also interesting because of that. You get the perspective of two very different Captain on similar issues, and the answers don't always matches perfectly. Done not too often, I think it's nice.
