Intesa Sanpaolo is such a joke bank:
1. moves all customers from their bank to a new "isybank" company, with minimum to no notification (I managed to dodge that because I happened to talk to a bank employee for another reason)
2. QR codes on their homepage, linking to their app: I AM ON YOUR HOMEPAGE, YOU IDIOTS, USE HTML LINKS.
