@sticklandtim@mastodon.green thanks for sharing. I've use barefoot shoes for about 8 years now. And my only advice if you're planning to try them out is - take your time, start slow, easy and short. It took me about 6 months before I went fully barefoot. The worst part is that all your other shoes becomes unwearable* and therefore you need to get more shoes ... *Your feet becomes wider as your build strength in your feet.
