I have heard it said, occasionally a bit contemptuously, that everyone thinks the music they grew up with is the best. I’m not sure that’s the case, or at least I’m not sure that a lot of people who think this are actually correct. But having just sat in the pub which obviously has some sort of eighties playlist and caught myself singing along to Terence Trent D’Arby, Paula Abdul, AND Hall & Oates and knowing all the words, it might be true about me

@sil FWIW, my first concert ever was Paula Abdul and I am shamelessly fond of her music. Even if I did later sell all her CDs in college in trade for Skinny Puppy albums :blobSmileSweating:
