4th Generation Shelly security issue

TL;DR - 4th generation Shelly devices are leaving their 'Shelly' WIFI AP on that's used for initial configuration, even after they've been configured to join your real WIFI network. Anyone can join it and issue commands to the device, like opening your garage door.
