China has not been some kind of ideal government but have you ever tried to organize a group activity that takes everyone's participation, watched most of the group ignore the whole proposal and do something entirely different, and then blinked in disbelief as some in the group proclaim that the activity sucked, as if they had already actually tried it?

@resl yes, yes I have 😮💨 I've come to the point that if an activity does need everyone's participation, then I won't start unless that's the case 🤷 intersects with consent. This _may_ mean having to exclude people who don't want to participate... but I see no other way.
