As a French man I would have guessed you would be a Tartiflette devotee rather than Raclette.
Both amazing foods
Doing at least two 200km days in France in a few months - I am now determined to refuel at least once on one dish or the other.
Where is Reblochon - I wonder if if could eat Tartiflette in DOC
