an excellent start. i hope all CO democratic candidates don't shrink from these goals or bounce back & forth based on polls.

@threatresearch @pluralistic folks in CO should also read the full document. there's a lot there. we need to be sure nothing we feel is critical is missing and nothing in there is something we can't abide. we also need to hold the democratic party candidates accountable for supporting it, both during elections *AND* after they are in office.
