Why are Minecraft's default keybinds so fucked up? Since when is Shift = crouch and Ctrl = run? Is this the mirror universe?

@sqhistorian Probable answer: crouch / sneak was a specific keybind before sprinting was - for many years sprinting could only be activated with a double-tap - and 'shift' is slightly easier to reach from a WASD hand position than Ctrl is ...but it is definitely not in line with the standard and should probably be changed at this point
