#catalantranslation #AddYours

@Krosen_nw@mindly.social You know what I find odd? American conservatives believe very strongly in the idea of an "expanding pie"; that is, when a person makes money that person is generating value, almost ex nihilo, not strong-arming resources from someone else. So they should understand the idea that one person's benefit does not have to equal another's misfortune. But they seem wholly incapable of understanding or applying that concept socially. There is no expanding pie concept that applies to social equity. There, they cling to a meritocracy they set up and where they are always meant to be on top, even as others suffer.
