Niobium Microsystems (disclosure, I am partnering with them on FHE stuff) announced that, instead of a "cloud" computing platform they are starting a "fog" computing platform, which is the same as the cloud but where the cloud provider can't see any of your data because it's protected by homomorphic encryption. That's a bit of a fun play on words.
