The monumental manpower manning the tech press -- seemingly the last large labor pool of reporters in the country, are they all on the silicon valley payroll? -- could easily stuff their pages full with tales from revolutions in healthcare and energy but all they ever want to blather about are murderous scammy chatbots that spawn spaghetti code and technical debt, blindly steal the efforts of artists, and flood the courts with endless fabricated citations.
