i'm trying to id a song i heard. in a club, maybe 98, 99. hard trance/techno? uk or euro i guess. it had a woman's voice - cold, aloof? reading Kant's critique of pure reason - i remember it ended with 'A UNIVERSAL LAW' and i guess the donk followed that. anyone remember it?

long shot. if no one remembers it maybe i should cover it... critique of pure reason is a banger that will never grow old.
