The plate was slightly too big for a beautiful arrangement 😅, but we tried plant-based "Wings" by The Green Mountain today. Accompanied by a quick self-made salad with self-made yoghurt dressing.
Consistency and taste were pretty good. Nothing special and, as usual, comparably expensive, but a nice meal nonetheless.

@esureL@chaos.social Oh, we also tried these "Wings" on Christmas using the raclette-grill. What was a bit of a surprise was the missing bone and missing "stringiness" that gave it away. Tastewase they where pretty good.
