The dots in the ellipsis character (…) should be spaced

@timahrens SLIGHTLY tighter, unless it’s a monospace I find it ugly when they are greatly tighter

@timahrens about one yay tighter for text sizes, two to three yays tighter for display sizes.

@timahrens For any of these choices, but especially if not “the same as three periods,” really serious typefaces should have a ligature for period + ellipsis and ellipsis + period, to ensure consistent spacing.
