4+ hour out and back mountain bike ride in the welsh brecons. drubbing. Also got to experience the "coming to a halt in a mud crossing and having to out your foot down so it gets sinks into the mud. Managed to get it out but cold mud inside a hiking/cycling boot is not pleasant. Will try something shorter tomorrow #mtb #cycling https://strava.app.link/uko8l3VI71b
