I finished reading James Stout's Against the State and there's a lot to take in there. It is interesting that #3DPrinting as a technology works in practice as part of armament. The FGC-9 in Myanmar as a case study is actually very interesting. The really big advantage seems to be dropping the space, cost, and skill requirements. The book teases at further use in development of small drones and attempts at small scale manufacture of anti-aircraft missiles but shows that to be not yet finished development. I wouldn't rule out them figuring it out given some more time. The book is about so much more than that, though, and in my opinion it's worth a read.
