I've been doing a small business a favour by doing their newsletters for the last couple of years, the service they set up and we're using has changed their reach limit and they're now over and need to move. They seem to be expecting me to find one and set it up for them. I know nothing about the different sites that do this nor do I want to spend x amount of hours finding which best suits and setting it all up and then every so often have to spend a couple of hours sending each one.
