Sunday long run with Coxhoe on the run, not pacey but a good crowd with a few new faces. Mostly bright sunshine although the end of storm Dave left some bitter winds and even a hail shower thankfully at the farm behind old Warrington where we could shelter in a tin shed for the worst of it. I am full of the cold and hesitated this morning but glad I got out. Now for some Carrot cake and news avoidance. #running #runnersofmastodon
