I'm not going to give away too much info, but I will say this. Document format compliance. Let's just say proprietary software, fails badly at this. Think permits. Think local government documentation rejection rates. You're welcome. We have local projects that we're working on here at the house and we discovered that I was able to streamline stuff by doing it myself whereas some of the big firms apparently as I was told by a clerk fail often.
