Drinking wine and listening to grunge in the garden on a Friday night is a bit of a contradiction but here we are.

"We need to do #development with AI to be able to compete" Yeah... and in a few years when tokens are unaffordable, and everyone forgot how to code... the few people who still know how it was done without AI assists are worth there weight in gold. Every time a developer works with AI, corrects it, instruct it we are one step further to be replaceable. 'We' dig our own grave... we train the models to be capable to replace us. Yes, #AI is nice for some tasks...

Hey fellow creatures! #FA is struggling and Sciggles is too scared to ask for help! So lets show her there's absolutely no reason to be! Even before any official fundraising starts, you can support FA directly by getting an #FA+ subscription or make a one time payment! FA had it's ups and downs but Sciggles did a really good job saving FA and bring the FA back we missed after Neer passed away 2 years ago. #FurAffinity #FAPlus https://bsky.app/profile/sciggles.com/post/3mw...

hm I guess k3s is already a very nice "kubernetes lite" so I can remove this from the list. Highly recommended - I'm using it for years with anything and everything - locally on my laptop as dev env, in CI/CD, for entire clusters "the big way", for mini-clusters with only 3-5 nodes... It's real nice.

kubernetes is one of those love/hate relationships but in the end the practicality and usefulness really wins for me over and over. it really clicked for me once I viewed it as a software developer's thing for software scheduling and there's some serious cool architecture hidden in it. k8s exposes "itself" in a manner only surpassed by databases it's exemplary with its meta-data (tagging, labeling is SO valuable) handling kubectl as a CLI is spectab...
