Last night, we finally finished pressing the last 160 lbs of apples - getting us another 60 liters of cider. Bringing our grand total to ~185 liters of cider this year! We&#39;re going to keep 40 liters as non-alcoholic (so I&#39;m pasteurizing that now).

I&#39;ve wanted a Freeze Dryer for like... 20 years now -- they&#39;ve always been so pricey. (like $4K+) So, Costco locally had a handful show up for $1600 in one warehouse a few weeks ago and they were gone in the blink of an eye. NodeJS v22+ has a really nice built in test API framework Pity the one in v20 doesn&#39;t have a means to run tests in-proc I can&#39;t use v22+ because I&#39;m trying to test in-situ with vscode/electron 😡
