Well, I finally gave up on using #Mistral exclusively and gave #Deepseek a shot 😬 Very pleased with the results so far. However, I'm still keeping to my EU-hosted principles! I got a key from https://eurouter.ai and even found out the provider I'm using hosts their models in EU data centers! They have one in Dublin and one in Helsinki. So the only thing where I made a compromise was using a Chinese open weight model instead of a #European model. But still, the wait is on for Mist...
