Aber ob Menschen eine Organisation in den Abgrund führen, egal ob das eine Partei, eine Land oder eine Firma ist, hängt doch nicht nur am Alter, oder? Die Frage ist doch eher ob eine Führungskraft in der Lage ist, aktuelle Fragen mit Methoden und Argumenten von heute zu bearbeiten statt nur auf Lösungen der eigenen (Lern)Vergangenheit zurückzugreifen.
