何十年やきうを観てきたがタイガースを見続けることが今更ながら辛くなってきたので改めて考えてみる。 ゲーム観戦の快楽を数値化すると ・負けてる時の逆転打100 ・ボロ勝ち打線爆発 90 ・ピンチを三振やらゲッツーファインプレイなどで切り抜ける 50 ・投手守備が楽々と相手をひねる 30 ・相手にファインプレイされる-100 ・チャンスに輝三振 -50 ・先日からの９回才木逆転ホームラン被弾やドリス炎上 -1000 つまり報われることなどほとんどない上に快感よりショックの方が遥かに大きいということだ。根本的に付き合う態度を考え直した方が良い（前からわかってるはず）

斜に構える癖が治らない人 過去に正面から受ける経験があって「それではキツイ」「得るものがなかった」と感じて楽することを覚えちまったんだな。 楽な選択だから「やらない奴はアホ」という価値観になることは何も間違っていない。 ただ、そこから「正面で受けた方が良い」と価値観を［意識的に］変える機会を見損なっていたり怠っている可能性はいくらでもある。

Today's cassette repair was just replacing a felt pressure pad. The glue that holds them to the metal spring tends to fail eventually, and they fall off. This one came off very cleanly, so the repair just involved pulling out some tape to get better access (best to do this with the leader rather than the magnetic tape, as it's harder to damage and less of a problem if you do), cutting a small piece of adhesive-backed felt and putting it in place with tweezers. Tape sounds good...

I've had a weird false memory for years about a fairground ride called the Spritzer that I saw several times as a young kid. It's a type of ride called a Miami, and I always remembered it as being slightly larger than other rides of the same type and having two rows of seats instead of the standard single row.
