Further, this book was published in the sixties, well within your ‘150 year’ timespan: https://archive.org/details/algemene-rekenkunde/page/44/mode/2up?q=volgorde+bewerking I'm curious about this, since I recall you making the claim that there is no such textbook published within the last 150 years....
