@DataKnightmare continuo a pensare che direttive e regolamenti a favore di cittadini e consumatori siano solo specchietto per allodole. Contentini per tenere buoni associazioni ed elettori che cmq non verranno MAI seriamente applicati ma la responsabilità del software (cm la privacy prima del gdpr) non sono una novità (per lo meno in italia). Sempre in italia esiste il reato di accesso abusivo a sistema informatico. Se venisse applicato non servirebbero ulteriori regolamenti/firettive imha...

On est d’accord que si je reçois plein de tentatives de phishing se faisant passer pour une entreprise dont je suis cliente, et que les mails contiennent des infos liées à mon compte client, c’est qu’il y a eu une fuite de données chez l’entreprise en question ? Le support répond « y a pas eu de fuite de données » mais j’ai du mal à voir d’où ça peut venir dans ce cas 🧐 (C’est o2switch, décidément on parle hébergeurs aujourd’hui) @cnil #RGPD #FuiteDeDonnées #CNIL
