The right to adequate housing and a good quality of life is strongly linked to access to clean water, food security, a safe and stable climate, a healthy environment, and sanitation.
The IPBES #NexusAssessment found that more than 50% of the global population lives in areas experiencing the highest impacts from decline of these interconnected elements, and that low and middle countries face the brunt of the impacts.
